Built a new department responsible to monitor and control the project timeline, budget and resource requirement schedule. Covers both Greenfield and Brownfield projects worth over $400m.

Responsible for the drive of Industry 4.0 and introducing AI and Machine learning for improvement in Safety, Efficiency and Reliability. Focal point for identifying international world class players and setting up Discovery sessions for optimum solutions for the company.
COO of Pakistan's first Alloy wheel manufacturing Plant. Greenfield project, responsible for designing, manning, training, commissioning.
Heading one of the largest exporter of Safety Gloves. Responsible for the whole P&L, RnD, Sales, Warehousing and logistics as well as complete manufacturing of 1000's of SKUs
Head the Engro Zarkhez site as the Plant Manager. Looking after the blending and bagging of the 4 different grades of Urea.
Head of the Maintenance Department and SAP project implementation
Heading the Planning, Materials, Projects, along with other roles during the transition role of the company from a Government owned company to a privately operated one.
Responsible for SAP GO-Live, along with Area Planner during commissioning and Materials Coordinator as well.
Started my career as a trainee and went up all the way to Section Head. Covering areas like, Planning, Maintenance, Materials etc.
