I joined there at the beginning stage of the hospital as a staff nurse, within 2 years we are accredited with NABH, JCI and Nursing Excellence
Worked as a team leader for 37 bedded medical-surgical unit by providing compassionate nursing care to all patients, helping team members to fulfill patient needs thus by improving patient satisfaction and safety, solving issues and reporting to authority then and there, assigning patients to next shift members etc..

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES AND COMMITMENTS
Provide comprehensive nursing care to Patients
Observe & Monitor patient's response, adaptation to illness & treatment
Improve safety of patients
Formulate nursing diagnosis and develop plan of care
Assist in Doctors rounds and in diagnostic procedures
Calculation and administration of drugs
