Planning and organizing Quality Shift and duties for technicians.
Facilitating production with scheduled job order.
Responsible for SCADA operations for uploading flavored tobacco recipe.
Following machinery efficiency, different types of product sensor, automatic tax stamp sensor.
Supervising of mixing flavor tobacco and consistency of product.
Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Make sure that manufacturing or production process meet international and national standards.
Liaise with other managers and staff and provide training tools and techniques to enable other to achieve quality standards.
Sampling flavors, tobacco, glycerin, fructose along with packing materials for quality approval.
While cross inspection on line verifying the flavored tobacco, PM, printing with our product specification.
Monitoring Quality technician with their inspection checklist and the non-conformance and there corrective action.
Any non-conformance occurring frequently, follow up with the maintenance team and bringing back the production as pre our standards.
Contribution for efficient and effective production under Quality monitoring.
Collecting Quality Inspection Report from technician and reporting at the end of shift to manager regarding production items, markets, quantity, non-conformance and there corrective actions.
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met during shift.
Determining quality control standards.
Overseeing production processes.
Plays role of HACCP team leader.
Maintaining HACCP manual and supervising the staff to work under HACCP guidelines.
Facilitate training certificate like Basic Food Hygiene, HACCP, Personal In charge etc.
Arranging certificate for certification of HALAL, ISO, HACCP, EHS, EIA, External Instrument Calibration, Labor health card etc.
Arranging services like Water tank cleaning, AC maintenance, Pest Control, sample analysis for Municipality and External laboratory as per scheduled etc.
Research and Development on new product and with new recipe to compare the product texture, color, taste and biochemical parameters.
Day to day maintenance of HACCP check list and proper documentation of files.
Conducting Physical, Biochemical and Microbial analysis of different product like Tomato paste, Tomato ketchup, Tomato chili sauce, Tomato chili garlic sauce, White Vinegar, Rose Water to meet the standard of the product.
Time to time Swab microbiology from different point of plant and workers working under production area/ food handler.
Maintain daily analysis results and ensure that the results are accurate and submitted on-time.
Preparation of Quality Inspection Report for damaged Raw material and finished goods also effective planning to control.
Preparing formula for batch production of Jam, Tomato Paste, Cream Caramel, Topping, Custard Powder, Coffee Powder, Creamer.
Batch releasing for Milk Powder, Jam, Tomato Paste, Cream Caramel, Topping, Custard Powder, Coffee Powder, Creamer and Honey.
Testing different Physical, Biochemical and Microbiology parameter of our raw and finished product as per ISO 27000 standards.
Perform Biochemical Laboratory analysis to monitor finished goods quality (such analysis includes Moisture Content, Acidity, PH, TDS, Conductivity, Brix%, solubility, crystallization, etc)
Perform Microbiology Test for Raw material and Finished goods to meet standard (Such analysis includes TPC, Y&M, Coliform, Salmonella, Staph. aureus)
Research and Development on new product and with new recipe to compare the product texture, color, taste and biochemical parameters.
Sampling, Air and Temperature monitoring of the plants to ensure our product is safe and working under HACCAP.
Time to time Swab microbiology from different point of plant and workers working under production area.
Calibration of lab instrument and make sure all the instrument is functioning properly.
Process control while production of the finished goods.
Monitoring weight, print, sealing, packaging time to time.
Maintain daily analysis results and ensure that the results are accurate and submitted on-time.
Preparation of Quality Inspection Report for damaged Raw material and Finished goods
Approval for finished goods physically for dispatch.
Working Experience:
Perform chemical and microbiological (bacterial count) testing and recordings as per APHA, EPA or ASTM standards. Micro analysis such as fecal and total coliform, nematode eggs.
Perform laboratory analysis to monitor wastewater quality from all stages of treatment plants ( Such analysis includes COD, BOD, TOC, Total Nitrogen, Ammonia Nitrogen, Total Phosphorus, Phosphate, Nitrates, Nitrite, pH, Turbidity, Conductivity, Dissolved Oxygen, Dry Solids, Volatile Solids, TSS etc. )
Start up the Doha North Treatment works laboratory as Lab Technician.
Perform laboratory analysis of quality of chemicals purchased for use in the plant;
Calibration of laboratory instruments.
Conduct sampling of water and wastewater.
Prepare and replenish standard solutions for analysis;
Upkeep of daily analysis results and ensure that the results are accurate and submitted on-time;
Investigate and report all atypical, anomalous and out- of-specification results to superior
Conduct proper and periodic maintenance of laboratory equipment and ensure all equipment are calibrated according to manufacturer’s requirement;
Complying with laboratory procedures on sampling and analytical methods and techniques.
Support the Process Engineers on process evaluation and testing.
Liaise with and manage sampling analysis undertaken by third party laboratories.
Programming of auto sampler and trouble shooting.
