Role:
- Assist and reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
- Receiving incoming calls and E-mails from the client’s and then takes relays and responds to the inquiries after discussion with concern person.
- Regularly follow up for outstanding payment by our client.
- Responsible to create new quotation and get approval from the client for new projects.
- Co -ordinate with our team to fix the cleaning schedule at client jobsite.
- Responsible for maintaining the MIS in the form of soft copy and hard copy.
- Maintaining Client Contract files and updating contract renewals, etc.
- Preparing report after compilation of work and handle to client with final Invoice.
- Responsible to maintain all the confidential records and database of business organization in systematic and secure form.
- Preparing daily and monthly related reports and reporting it to the management.
- Composes letters and memoranda in response to incoming mails and calls.
- Dealing with visitors and clients in office and handle their inquiries and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.

Involved in Bug tracking and reporting.

MDMS-Mahindra Dealer management system is an ERP application for the day to day activities at tractor dealership for Mahindra and Mahindra. It is a decentralized application that sync with a warehouse server for data interpretation between Head Office and Dealer Network.
Responsibilities: - Inserting, Deleting and Modifying Table as per user requirement.
- Writing queries to create table according to the client requirement.

- Client 2: Hindustan Zinc LTD (HZL)
Role: Support Associate (SAP Net Weaver Enterprise Portal)
HZL is an integrated mining and resources producer of zinc, lead, silver. It is a subsidiary of Vedanta Resources.HZL is world's second largest zinc producer. This client support the entire life cycle of Material Master, Vendor Master and customer master to effectively manage Business Process, clients integrating SAP and NON-SAP systems. Portal offer a single point of access to SAP and NON-SAP systems, enterprise applications, information repositories, database and services through Single Sign On (SSO) Method.
Responsibilities: - Interact with the client and gather requirement.
- Creating new users, and assigning roles to users as per client requirement.
- Participate in functional specification preparation.
- Creating new Iview as per functional specification requirement.
- Resolving day to day issues raised by portal users.
- Providing knowledge of application flow and functionality to the business users as and when required.
- Effectively educate/train customer through remote (Team Viewer, Web-Ex) onsite training.
