- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all current IT systems
-Communicate regularly with executive management and all users of information services and systems,
-develop IT staff, including, training, evaluation, guidance, discipline,
- Invlove in financial aspects of the IT Department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review
- MIS Managment supvervison ERP (Oracle E-busniess Suite, QAD) and In House application developement.
- Designs system workflows and architecture to ensure scalability and performance
- Collaborates with Enterprise Architecture team members to ensure hardware will be in compliance with development requirements
- Administrates and makes recommendations for networking/telecommunications hardware and Microsoft System products
- Implements new technologies as appropriate - keeping management abreast of the new features and providing training to end users and colleagues,
- Performs Enterprise Backups and manage the Global Enterprise
- Monitors operating system activity and makes tuning adjustments based on results and analysis
- Manages system security and remote access
- Creates and maintain SLA documentation
- Hands-on Service Desk Support ITLS
- Data Center management and IT security
