I lead a team of four which includes two account assistants and an office secretary. My responsibilities include budgeting, preparing monthly imprest statements, preparing and maintaining fixed asset register, monitoring banks, creditors and supplier ledgers. Apart from this, I prepare payroll for 122 employees working in the branch, maintain GL, record and submit the tax record challans.

Responsibilities include: o Preparation and input of month end journal vouchers.
o Debtor and Creditor reconciliations.
o Preparation of various reports for senior managers.
o Responsible for financial accounts including budgets and cash -flow
o Conducting regular business reviews of financial performance.

MEMBER INTERNAL AUDIT (Aug 2008-Aug 2010)
Responsibilities include: o understanding the costing systems, the business flows
o stock taking
o evaluations of the company's financial and operational business activities
o evaluating risks
o analyzing operations and confirming information
o evaluating controls and reviewing compliance
• Later I joined the team, responsible for planning, implementation and functional support of new ERP system which was up and running by the start of June 2010.
At an age of 20 years I enjoyed being a member of Headstart's faculty as one of the youngest teachers amongst the 64 others. I had an experience of teaching grades six and seven which significantly boosted my confidence and communication skills.
