Duties and responsibilities
1-Follow up the documentary cycle of purchases and payments in detail
2- Preparing accounting entries for entitlements and payments to suppliers
3- Preparing a record for suppliers that includes all supplier data
4- Follow up on suppliers’ indebtedness by reconstructing receivables to suppliers and following up on payment dates
5- Follow up on supply orders, actually received quantities and the remaining quantities
6- Follow up on value-added tax, deduction and addition tax
7- Preparing and reviewing the trial balance for suppliers on a monthly basis
8- Preparing reports related to suppliers and purchases
9- Matching the accounts of suppliers at the end of each financial period
10- Preparing a financial analysis of suppliers’ accounts at the end of each financial period
11- Follow up on service suppliers and contract obligations of the company

Duties and responsibilities
1- Collecting data on working hours for each employee.
2- Performing arithmetic operations to calculate the amounts created during that period, resignations, bonuses, and others.
3- Obtaining the approval of the senior management of payments when necessary.
4- Preparing and executing payment orders through the bank transfer system, distributing salaries.
5- Managing employee data and their payments in the sap sf & s4 system
6- Calculating the percentage of taxes, social insurance and other legal deducts paying employee benefits.
7- Track hourly rates, wages, accruals rates, and new accruals data.
8- Cooperating with employees and superiors and responding to questions related to entitlements related to receivables.
9- Preparing reports for senior management and financial management periodically.

I am responsible for:
Review all financial transactions and cash in the Bank and Fund, payments and receipts
Review bills of exchange and supply warehouses for spare parts and tools and operational tasks and other suppliers accounts
A review of salaries, wages and benefits and calculating taxes and other payments
Review of cash and futures sales and customer accounts actions
Reporting deviations from the operational budget of the company and its branches in the provinces attaching proposals sound processors for senior management in the company And other tasks associated with the post and The most important achievements in the company is that I am
