•The responsibility bestowed on me to assist VP (Sales), to handle the corporate office activities of Shaker Group. Executing all day to day work as well his personal tasks that need high level of privacy and confidentiality.

•Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, event planning, private meetings’ preparation for investors and high level seniors, and having a sound knowledge to prepare the Minutes of Meetings.


•Timely follow up of the Management Minutes action points and ensure the task been completed with the close follow up with the concerned Vice Presidents and the departments Heads.


Responsible to work on SAP to pull out the necessary information related to group sales. Monitoring the Sales Dashboard and highlighting the business risks and short fall


•A reputation as a self-directed worker who uses his initiative to get the job done in a fast-paced work environment with demanding deadlines.


•Monitoring, analyzing Market Trends, Studying Competitor’s Products and Services.

•PSI (Physical Stock Inventory) Report and highlight percentage to COO’S and follow up on the LIQUIDATION program on slow moving.


•Surprise Visits to Warehouse and Service Centers ensuring the operations on track
