In my capacity as Project Assistant my major responsibilities will be to
Provide efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support including vehicle booking, processing purchase request and travel authorization, organization of meetings and events etc.
Efficiently maintain all project documents (photos) and data including gender-dis-aggregated information. Provide efficient support in the preparation of project reports.

Responsibilities: - Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly reports using access and excel and report to different internal and international partners about the progress of the organization.
Enter data into MIMOSA and/or other databases.
Maintain data and reporting formats for internal use.
Preparing small scale access database for data entering and reporting purpose
Replace Medical Administrative Assistant and other colleagues during their absence and take care of their day to day work.
