• Evaluate potential investments by applying DCF, Asset-based, or other market comparable to determine valuation.
• Business valuations and financial ratio analysis to emphasize return on investment.
• Prepare financial plans for banks to obtain facilities, negotiate new facilities, extending current and obtain holiday period.
• Collaborate with management to develop valuation strategies for potential acquisitions, contributing companys growth.
• Generate monthly operational expense report, detailing sources of variance and solution to lower the expenses.
• Gatekeeping capital expenditure (capex) to control surplus expenses. Maintain assets record to report its fair value.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential business risks and action to mitigate the risk.
• Prepare financial plans for banks to obtain facilities, negotiate new facilities, extending and obtain holiday period.
• Examine audit process, coordinate with external auditors to issue statutory reports.
• Monitor subordinates performance, mentor and supervise.

• Prepare month-end management reports, coordinate with cross-function teams for timely completion & issue reports.
• Oversee daily accounting functions, managing accounts payables, receivables, and maintaining the general ledger.
• Detailed analysis of financial statement of each BU on monthly basis to examine major variances against budget and LY.
• Undertake budgeting for the group, consolidate the plan and present in the board meeting.
• Reforecasting financials each quarter to be in line with the market sentiments.
• Create feasibility study and financial models (DCF) for new projects with respect to ROI, NPV, IRR and payback period.
• Organize internal and external benchmarking of manufacturing costs and factory performance.
• In-depth Cost analysis for new product development, considering raw materials, labour & overhead costs.
• Formulate competitive pricing strategies based on market research, costing and targeted profit margins.
• Ratio analysis to identify areas of improvement, such as cost control, revenue enhancement and resource optimization.
• Inventory management and customer aging analysis to enhance working capital management.
• Data mining to transform large data into understandable reports.
• Work with IT to streamline process and automation of reporting system.

• Prepare and interpret monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, and trends between budgeted and actual.
• Conduct trial balance reviews, perform reconciliations, and prepare month-end reports and journal entries.
• Monitor and forecast cash flow statement and available funds for investment.
• Preparing budget and forecasting on quarterly basis.
• Create financial models or evaluating financial implications of new investments and provide recommendations.
• Financial securities valuation and its impact on the financial statements.
• Conduct key ratio analysis to evaluate companys financial health.
• Preparing KPIs dashboards and charts to illustrate financial trends.
• Weekly bank reconciliation of all local and nostro accounts.
• Support audits and compliance process, ensuring alignment with financial standards.

• Prepare, review, and analyse Financial Statements (Annual/Semi/Quarterly) of Mutual funds as per US GAAP reporting.
• Portfolio Management of Financial Securities - Schedule of Investment and MD&A Tables.
• Valuation of ETF (Equities, Mutual Funds & futures) and OTC derivatives.
• Net Asset Value (NAV) Calculation.
• Undertake market research to monitor financial securities performance.
• Examining inaccurate accounting entries and replacing with the correct one.
• Preparation of Regulatory forms filed with Security Exchange Commission (SEC).
