IFC Take Off Quantities, Monthly Invoicing, Daily Progress, Tendering, Procurement & Invoicing of client and sub-contractors, agreeing Final Quantities, Tracking the Quantities for the variance of Project & accounts while also helping out occasionally with the programming of new projects.

Heading projects and looking after the surveying aspect from inception to completion. I have gained vast experience as how to manage and control costs within construction projects while working as a main contractor's quantity surveyor and also working closely with the Site management, and the Design Team.

 Coordinating with construction crew for on‐going civil/structural activities
 Estimating of costs
 Coordinating with contractor engineering department for releasing civil drawings.
 Identify, price and agree project variations.
 Cost control of works contractors and completing projects within budget.
 Settlement of Final Accounts with Clients and Sub-contractors.
 Regular interface with Architects regarding specification and design, value engineering and proposing alternatives where possible.
 Sourcing contractors and suppliers.
 Negotiating lump Sums with specialist contractors
 Day to day communication with Sites and sub-contractors.
 Checking subcontractor invoices and certifying payments.
 Procurement and evaluation of domestic sub-contractors quotations.
 Negotiating and appointing preferred sub-contractors.
 Preparing cost comparisons for different methods of construction.
 Collecting / recording event details from site to establish variations / contra charges etc…
 Certification of subcontractor payments.
 Capable of maintaining all technical procedures and standards.
 Keep updating the drawing latest submittal.
 Monitoring day to day activity of contractor.
