To lead, develop and deliver tailored continuous professional development (CPD) programmes across a range of school phases and subject areas to School leadership and other designated school staff. Provide academic support and leadership within the programme and for staff to ensure quality and team success. To contribute to the success of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) through the deployment of high quality teaching in Abu Dhabi schools. In KG-Grade 6-9 involved in all subjects development in the curriculum with a focus on English / Mathematics / Arabic / Science / ICT. In Grades 6 -9 the subject specialism focus in English Language / Mathematics / ICT / Arabic / Science. To deliver IELTS / ESL / CPD programme for staff. Working closely with CA, KPI, EMSA, ASTA and CPD / PPP advisors to develop whole school polices in line with ADEC requirements.

Provided strategic leadership for the Excellence in Cities strand at Raedan Institute to include Learning Mentoring, Learning Support Unit and Gifted and Talented. Managed a large capitation. Evaluation of SIP. To line manage learning mentors, school home support workers, Education and Research department. Monitor performance management. To assist in entering cover on SIMS for absent staff and deploy agency staff where appropriate.

Introduced policies and practices on behaviour management and SEN. Responsible for Child Protection issues within the school. Part of the senior management team of the school and be part of the Emergency Support system. Provided innovative problem solving solutions for students at KS1-4, AS/A Level and Degree programs to ensure that they were not permanently excluded and that they completed their education. Taught a wide variety of subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities and languages. Responsible for accurate teaching methods and assessments. Managed performance management within the Learning Support Department. Worked closely with the LEA and set up a Student Support Network. Provided highly professional pastoral care for 450 students in the year group. This included interactive and pro-active work within the school and working with agencies outside of school. As a senior manager work as part of the Emergency Duty system. Strategically, ensure that I submitted detailed Action Plans for the year with termly reports on progress.
