Key Accountabilities:
Managing and owning the IT budget of $1+mn per year. Formulating strategies and advising management on establishing a secure IT setup through the implementation of SAP ERP Rollout and Infrastructure / MPLS Connectivity. Achieving significant cost control, productivity and process improvement through technology initiatives and innovative implementations. Developing local team for L1 support on SAP and preparing a team for Businesses analysis to continuously monitor the SAP data and provide early indications to business owners. SPOC with central IT hub and managing all internal & external IT initiatives / projects. Spearheading the setting up of new IT infrastructure developments including requirements, designing, vendor negotiations and implementation. Managing a team of 17 resources.

IT Business Support Unit: Developed a team for the region who consistently focus on operations and do data analysis and prepare various reports and indicators to BU Heads. Team also trained & brought up to serve and handle L1 support locally.
MPLS Connectivity: Designed and rolled out Domestic & Global MPLS between 17 locations
