Senior Maintenance Engineer with versatile experience in the field of automated traffic management systems where we manage 1000+ employees across kingdom assigned to troubleshoot, install, maintain the fixed and mobile enforcement systems. Also responsible primary head in implementing the SAP ERP systems in maintenance (EAM) module in accordance with the business principles.
To monitor, control and fix the issues in the fixed speed traffic control systems from VITRONIC INC and the red light Sensys Camera systems from ACS Xerox Inc.. (Approach Down/ Server not responding/Access lost Remotely/Flash Unit not working/ Configuration of Server/ COM-PC configuration/Troubleshooting/Vandalism/Preventive maintenance etc)
To coordinate with the mobile speed systems for maintenance if any problems in the sensor arises or in the flash unit or else in the Poliscan Control software.
To send the reports on daily basis the tasks in the Red light / Fixed Speed/ Mobile Speed units resolved to the Higher Management and to update those in the dedicated database called CMMS.
To keep the power supply intact and to maintain the supply within the Mobile Vehicles before and after sessions of deployment in the monitoring vehicles thus confirming the deployment does not hinder due to low batteries supplied
Assembly of the modular systems (control panels supplied from Dinrack-Mumbai) and the accessories (supplied from Allied Hyderabad) with the SMPS and PA modules together with the smaller modules.
To inspect and be in the part of the quality inspection (QA) of the electrical/electronic components and accessories sufficient enough to execute and in perfect relation with the actual design parameters.
Indulging with the team in the final testing of the modules and finally the cabinets as a whole which had been carried out in various disciples as electronically (PCB TEST) and ESS test (environmental stress screening) and Vibration test.
Coordinating with senior members regarding the issues and possibilities in sorting all the matters with the best possible methods.
Coordinating with Vendors and Suppliers regarding the purchase and intend of components.
Testing of the quality and assurance of the components required for the project that has to meet with the military standards.
Completed E&C successfully from VTU, Bangalore. Done Project for GPS, GSM, Accelerometer based Sensor for Track Fault Detection in Railways especially.
Completed Science Group with Mathematics as 1st major.
