• Review the Structural drawings (IFC) and coordinate with the commercial department
• Lead and Assist the design team to prepare the shop drawings without any deviations from IFC drawings and detailed design.
• Develop Structural Calculations for Facade, Steel works and PEB etc.,
• Coordination with Marketing, Technical, Design, QA/QC, Procurement and Planning team for any design/technical aspects
• Coordination with Clients, Consultants, Contractors & Sub-contractors.
• Ensure proper coordination with Production and Site team for issuing cutting list and Fabrication drawings.
• Evaluate design staff performance and provide necessary support where required.
• Periodical site inspection to ensure proper execution as per design requirements.

• Study of Architectural drawings and Lead the design team to prepare shop drawings and develop concept to detailed design.
• Prepare Structural calculations for Façade and Steel components as per American, BS and Euro standards.
• Attend technical meetings with Consultants & Main contractors regarding technical aspects, Documents submissions and getting approval
• Review Material submittals, Technical documents to ensure that all submittal meets Project requirements.
• Arrange materials laboratory testing, field inspection and testing with third party inspectors
• Coordinate with site team to ensure the work is executed as per the approved drawings and in line with drawings/amendments issued from time to time.

• Study of Architectural drawings and coordinate with estimation team to prepare the tender documents.
• Ensure to approve and provide suitable shop drawings in a timely, efficient and accurate basis in order to meet production targets and schedules.
• Review Cutting lists and Fabrication orders.
• Prepare and review Structural calculations for Façade and steel components as per American, British and Euro Standards.
• Provide Value Engineering solutions for added proposal.
• Lead a team of Jr. Structural Engineers to prepare the structural reports and evaluating their performance.
• Coordinate with QA/QC team to check the material and technical documents to ensure the project requirements.
• Coordinate with production team while fabrication for any design aspects.
• Coordinate with site team in their daily activities and to ensure no deviations from approved shop drawings
• Ensure the preparation of As Built DWGs right after the completion of the relevant construction activity on site, then submission for consultant review and approval.
