• Plan, organize, schedule and supervise the day to day technical support operations Ensure all customer issues and concerns are addressed in a timely manner Prioritize all Issues based on complexity and urgency.
• Measure, monitor and maintain customer service and satisfaction.
• Assign the task to the support team based on Availability and urgency and monitor the deviation through Project Management Tool.
• Monitor and track all the Issues through project Management tool Maintain Support Log issues and encourage the use of the helpdesk Perform Unit Testing for All New Requirements/projects
• Participate on the monthly knowledge sharing within the Software support team. Take lead in updating applicable support or system documentation

• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions.
• Provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing development and service issues.
• Development of the projects.
• Unit testing of project developed.
• Involved in database designs like table design, writing stored procedures, functions, etc.
