Key Job Responsibilities:
• Perform all office administrative duties
• Prepare weekly, monthly reports.
• Preparing minutes of meetings.
• Assisting in yearly budgeting functions.
• Act as focal point for the department related information concerns.
Major Responsibilities
a) Handling entire administrative function of the entity.
b) Attaining and assisting the middle-east delegates during and after interviews.
c) Coordinating and communicating with middle-east clients to settle their concerns.
d) Preparing business proposals and do effective marketing to enhance business.
e) Pre-interviewing & conduct training to applicants ensuring competent for interview
f) Supervising/Monitoring staffs and reporting to Head office, UAE.
g) Preparing entire administrative reports for records and planning purpose.
As Credit Administration Support (CAS):
Identify the credit risk based on the volume of loan sanctioned to customer and collateral provided in support of the loan.
Mortgage of the property, preparing the safety documents, conveying the sanction of the loan amount.
Looking after the status of the pledged, hypothecated or mortgaged property by regulating the insurance, payment of the Govt. Taxes etc.
Preparing various monthly, annual reports on the behalf of the bank
