Plan and supervise the purchase and logistics from start to the end-user.
Managing the day-to-day activities of the purchase and logistics.
Negotiate with Vendors on purchasing in terms of best price & delivery.
Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing

Overseeing and managing the track shipments, inventory, and supply of goods.

Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and
services.
Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop activities.
Maintain and manage all databases relating to Procurement and logistics
activities.
Initiate cost efficiency measures in Procurement and logistics operations.
Supervise workloads, schedules, tasks, and other related functions.
•Establish and maintain supplier relationships.
•Identify new hotel and homestays product to be contracted.
•Identify and implement special packages for the market according to season.
•Ensure inventory levels exceed demand throughout the market.
•Ensure rate competitiveness.
•Follow up on all expiring contracts.
