• Oversee proposal planning and administration of contracts.
• Perform the Quantity Surveyor’s function on designated minor subcontracts.

• Compilation of RFP/RFQ documents, correspondence control, contract document electronic file maintenance.
• Assisting/Coordinating various procurement packages with company Procurement Department
• Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site.

• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plan.

Reduced cost of concrete by executing correct mix proportions at the site.
Developed a pre-planning strategy for each project one month prior to commencement date with contractors.
