Project: Lekhwair Upper Shuaiba Field Development Project, Construction of 5 Remote Manifold Station (RMS) facilities in various fields, installation of associated MSVs & construction of associated CS & GRE Pipelines.

Planning Responsibilities:

* Responsible & Accountable for managing the Planning & Project Control, in an asset portfolio or ring fenced projects, ensuring consistency & quality across the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning phases.
* Preparation / review of Master Project Schedules detailed up to WBS level-3 or level-4 for the entire Project life-cycle using Primavera-6 / MS Project & with supporting Schedule Basis Document.
* Preparation / review of Look ahead schedules (90 days, 28 Days & frozen week) for Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning activities & confirm it is aligned with L3 Master Schedule
* Booking of activities in Company ERP system SAP
* Loading of resources to comply with the schedule & analyze different options for optimization of resources as per the changing requirements.
* Generating / updating of daily, weekly & monthly reports including progress report, delay analysis, S Curves, Burn down Curve, Activities report etc.
* Coordinate with Project Managers & Execution team to develop the Project Schedules incorporating the complete Scope of Work with appropriate logical links & clearly showing the critical paths to achieve the project completion.
* Continuous progress monitoring & Periodic update of the schedules, critical path analysis & notifying the management about any schedule variance, propose necessary actions to avoid any delay.
* Analyze Risks and Opportunities having impact on the schedule and propose corrective action plans.
* Analyze EOT Claims, Project Change Requests & Scope deviations as required with respect to their impact on Schedule & Cost.
* Review of Contractors’ Schedules & confirm the complete scope is reflected in it
* Integrate various contractor schedules & company’s commissioning & startup schedule in to Master Project schedule
* Coordinating with site for construction progress, periodical review of resources & staging of materials.
* Attend progress and look-ahead meetings with site supervisors, department heads and subcontractors to discuss the progress and coordinate for the maximum complaisance of the project with the schedule.
* Coordinate with Engineering & Procurement departments, notify about the priorities & criticalities of their deliverables
* Perform recovery plans & rescheduling wherever necessary.
