 Training and Development: Higher Institute for Plastics Fabrication, Riyadh.
 Contributed in plant development. Machine installation, mould trials and corrections, SOP design and
established full proof system.
 Various material trials conducted for upstream industries SABIC, TASNEE, PETRORABIGH for new material
development. Worked with research team and suggested process improvement.
 During unprecedented COVID 19 pandemic situation, accepted new product development task to cater local
medical industries.
 Produced customised products and developed SOP, contributed in organization profit
 Process optimization and reduced rejection (in time and Manpower Limitations): Shaily Engineering Plastics Ltd.
 Optimized cycle time and reduced rejection for thermoset Products (Siemens Contactors Housing) through
process improvement.
 It was a challenging assignment to meet customers' required production dimension within provided tolerance
and company required cycle time with the available limited manpower.
 Delivered the products and were approved by customers QC Department.
