Duties & Responsibilities:
1. - Co-ordinate with the architectural consultant to get the design
2. - Also prepare the detailed design as per requirement which not provided by Consultant,
3. - Prepare the design of modifications works with its interior,
4. - Prepare the ID BOQ,
5. - Help the estimating team to prepare the budget,
6. - Help the SCM to select the interior & furniture vendors,
7. - Check and finalize the samples of ID works,
8. - Check the quality of interior works execution etc.
9. - Prepare and coordinate with consultants to prepare the RAJUK and/or CDA and other authority drawings
10. - As per requirement visit the projects to ensure the quality and get the job done as per design,
11. - Prepare the as-built drawings of the projects.
