• Maintaining the General Ledger in accordance with group requirement.
• Dealing annual audit function of the company by providing the details required by the auditor, answering the queries rose by the auditor until the approval of final draft and signed FS.
• Monitor TB and analysis of GL data produce by system on monthly basis.
• Preparing Balance sheet and Income Statement.
• Responsible for day today ay activity of branch accountant.
• Actively participate for implementing new ERP system
• Preparing provision for receivables as per ageing schedule.
• Reconciling receivables and payables accounts
• Reconciling Bank Accounts
• Dealing with customers calling and collecting from the customers.
• Collecting balance confirmation of receivables and payables for auditor.
• Maintaining warranty accounts.
• Keeping breakdown of receivables and payables.
• Reconciling and Keeping breakup of various provisions & Accrual accounts.
• Maintaining fixed assets register including addition, disposal, and gain/loss of assets.
• Maintaining Prepaid Schedules.
• Reconciling Stock register with GL Balance.

• Month end closing transactions like depreciation run, amortizing prepayment, various accrual posting etc.
• IFRS 16 Rent Contracts and matching schedule with TB.
• Reconciling COS schedule with TB.
• Maintaining the sales register.
• Recording the transaction related to the payables and receivables.
• Dealing internal and external audit.
• Preparing audit adjustment entries and matching the audited FS with system TB.
• Preparing Provision movements which matches created with P&L and closing with BS.
