• Network and telephone patch code and crimping on demand. Handle and monitor structured Patch Panel cabling.
• Provide Desk Top-level support and technical support.
• Configuring IT Security applications.
• Configuring Printers and scanners
• Configuring, backpacking and preparing attendance from Access control systems bio-metric and access cards (RZK Software the advanced Bio-metric solution)
• Setup and deployment of Analog and digital telephone and Wireless routers.
• Installing and managing Windows-based software's
• To support, operate and manage IT Security applications, Anti-Virus products and services deployed across Servers & Workstations
