Responsibilities
I’m working in TotalEnergies to support strategic business decision making, lead the planning and budgeting, business analysis, fixed & leased asset, reporting and controlling. My main responsibilities are included but not limited to -
Planning, Budgeting & Controlling:
• Lead and preparation of strategic long-term, short-term planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Designing, planning & implementing financial control over organization in light with group policy
• Controlling of GL, Inventory, working capital, Opex and Capex cost
• Treasury and cash flow management
• Support in strategic business decision making
Fixed & Leased Asset:
• Lead the Fixed Asset, controlling and accounting for the company
• Accounting and Controlling of IFRS 16 (Leased Asset)
Reporting & Analysis:
• Lead the Month end closing
• Preparation of management reporting for the group
• Financial analysis, variance analysis and report preparation for top management and Group
• Costing and profitability analysis and MIS submission to Management
Accounts Receivable & Credit Control:
• Controlling of A/R & credit control, Customer incentive and bank accounts and bank interest calculation and supervision
• Supporting of internal & external audit of different areas and Ad hoc task assigned by Management
Worked for Telenor Norway AS, Telenor Group, Norway as Team Lead for Controlling (5 members team) & Reporting.
