OSS, Network Planning
§ Handpicked to be a part of the Network Planning team to enhance the OSS FMS/PMS/TT implementation through Netcool and
IBM Tivoli suite
o This included GIS (Smallworld) and inventory creation with network build function through Amdocs Cramer and other
BSS systems interfaces
§ Shouldered entire responsibility of OSS applications development, integration, project management and delivery
§ Built a Network Development team from a scratch and handled critical activities including Customer Engagement, Technical Bid
Evaluation and Vendor Categorization
§ Recognized for leveraging emerging technologies, Automation & Orchestration to bring around unprecedented improvement
in operations and project delivery metrices

Prime Systems Integration, GSDC
§ Tasked to carry out Prime BSS Systems Integration with OSS functional design as per agreed RFQ, SoW and project contract
§ Was deputed onsite to drive the project for Ooredoo- Myanmar, while being instrumemtal in ensuring a high level of customer
satisfaction through seamless as well as high quality functional delivery

§ Shouldered responsibility to carry out OSS functional design, solution architecture, customer interfacing and JAD sessions with
global telecom operators in Iran, Jakarta and Sri Lanka
§ Performed critical roles including Clarity solution Architect for Dialog, Sri Lanka & MCI, Iran (On site - Tehran) and spearheaded
Clarity C12 upgrade for Telkom, Indonesia (On site - Jakarta)
