• Delivered 95% of 100+ Retail and Leisure - Fit out Projects, within approved feasibilities capex and delivery schedule.
• Programming for expansion of Family Entertainment Centres - VOX Cinema and Magic Planet, for year 2019-2020, estimated projects of AED 500 million.
• Delivered 31 Retail stores in year 2017, from earlier average of 6 per annum.
• Delivered the first Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, All Saints, Lulu lemon Athletica and Maison Du Monde Retail stores in Gulf region.
• Realized savings of AED 13 million (25% of annual budget) in year 2013, by value engineering the design and procurement methodologies.
• Awarded in 2010 - Living all the values of Majid Al Futtaim Group.

 Resolved outstanding project’s invoicing of AED 8 million within first 2 weeks of re-joining landmark Group in 2009.
 Developed Facility Management processes to attain 95% accomplishment from prior 40%, within 6 months in 2009.
 Commissioned specialised Boiler equipment and Tunnel Finisher of 12, 000 garments/hour steam ironing capability, of value AED 3 million, within 2 months in 2009, including Authority Permits.

Achievements
 Chaired design development and coordination amongst 26 consultants, for Mixed Use - Retail Mall and Hospitality Hotel project, from RIBA stage C to stage E, over 6 months, including 140, 000sqm Mall GBA of estimated value AED 1.3 billion.
Responsibilities
 Chair project design for AED 3.0 billion Retail Development projects including IKEA, ACE & DFC expansion.
 Review and ensure completeness of design scope. Assess progress and performance, make
recommendations for payments to designers.
 Chair coordination meetings, create appropriate correspondence/records of all transactions.
 Procurement and verification of acceptable design packages of design documentation for each design stage.
 Management of design change, including time and cost impact.

Achievements
 Delivered the first Landmark Group Retail store in a Majid Al Futtaim Mall, at Deira City Centre of 2, 500 sqm. in 2007.
 Delivered the first Landmark Group entry Retail store in Egypt territory, at Maadi City Centre, Cairo, Egypt in 2007.
