- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
- Plan employee referral programs.
- Review job descriptions, keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay on the same page.
- Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
- Screen the candidates over a call based on the skill sets.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
- Co-ordinate interviews, assign tests, hiring, on boarding documentation etc.
