Institutionalized and managed the Robotic Process Automation program, implementing of over 60 use cases, deploying c. 300 robots, generating over AED 3m in value and establishing an RPA Center of Excellence
Developed methodology and led implementation of financial feasibility for all internal IT projects and capital expenditure, to prioritize projects meeting the Company’s hurdle rate
