Trouble shooting and resolving issues on extension levels with varied users located globally.
E-mailing and solving queries related to various Avaya phone models.
Knowledge of Trunks, Media-Gateways, Media-Servers, LSP and ESS.
Move, Add, Change in extensions (MAC) process for users in Firm.
Configuring Voicemail for users in Asterix voicemail system. (Addition, move and deletion of voicemail boxes).
Well Versed with features such as Bridge Appearances, Call-forwarding, Call-pickup, Call-park, Voicemail box, Send-calls, Speed dial, Creating and assigning new extensions to customers with voice mailbox, Caller-Id. Class of Service, Class of Restriction etc.
Coordinate with users and vendors to execute requests within SLA period.
E-mailing clients for proper follow-ups, Ordering Voice equipment through requests.
Co-ordinate with on-site technician and assisting technician remotely.
Escalating problems to various other technology groups for L2 level handling.
Got seleted to handle projects from the programme conducted by AGC Networks Ltd.

Responsibilities:
Installations of Avaya Products such as Gateways, Server and Avaya phones etc.
Programming Avaya extensions alongwith the requested feature from Customer.
Troubleshooting: Issues reported by customers with reference to all above features, tracing the calls, checking trunk programming, , coordinating with onsite tech to change port, cables, physical phone while troubleshooting.
