Presently working as a SAP Customer Service Functional Consultant in SPANCO Limited at PANAJI, GOA since DEC2012 under 11th PLAN of Central Government's Restructured APDRP Project of IT Modernization for client GOA Electricity Department. It is a SAP Implementation with GIS, MDAS modules for GOA Electricity Department.
Roles and Responsibilities
Full Life Cycle Implementation of SAP ISU-CCS in Electricity Utility System in GOA Electricity Department under 11th plan Restructured APDRP project.
➢ Expertise on processes like customer registration including new connection process, move in& move out process, disconnection and re - connection process, Master Data configuration and customer
service. Customer interaction centre (CIC) front office screen design in ISU CS, Account Overview, customer complaint handling, managing notifications and service orders, load enhancement &reduction process
➢ Experience of successful transfer of Technical and Functional Knowledge and wisdom in various development programs organized within company.
➢ Responsible for understanding the client's business requirement and providing E2E CS design and solution.
➢ Designed business process documents
➢ Quality assurance and support for all the deliverables in the CS module.
➢ Making client requirements feasible and propose to - be Process.
➢ Contribution in managing the integration issues within SAP and will be responsible for managing client's work.
➢ Adequate knowledge of Front end process flows in a regulated utility environment.
➢ Monitoring And Maintaining CS Scheduled and Batch Jobs Programs.
➢ Handling Roles and Authorization for CS.
