Acquiring & Managing Foreign Exchange ( All ), Outward Remittance, Travel Portfolios of the Branch for
incremental deepening value, sourcing high end business.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Managing customer relationships, Acquisition & addressing both service & sales queries for
customers with an objective to engage & retain customers through a team & thereby
generating fee based income.
Attending existing customers with the team to generate business opportunities thereby
generating revenue for the Branch.
Handling Forex ( all ) & Outward Remittance based queries from the Branch & increase forex
revenue by smooth transactions process by proactive liaison with Forex service cell, & Credit
departments.
Accompanying & mentoring the team during sales calls. Identifying new segments & set up
new verticals for prospective business opportunities at different locations.

Detailed Responsibilities:
Managing Team of 10 staff all Products with ensuring everyone achieving their given targets,
Responsible for branch profit.
Managing customer relationships, Acquisition & addressing both service & sales queries for
customers with an objective to engage & retain customers through a team & thereby
generating fee based income.
Attending existing customers with the team to generate business opportunities thereby
generating revenue for the Branch.
Managing Forex ( all ) & Outward Remittance based queries from the Branch & increase forex
revenue by smooth transactions process by proactive liaison with Forex service cell, & Credit
departments.
Accompanying & mentoring the team during sales calls. Identifying new segments & set up
new verticals for prospective business opportunities at different locations. Recommend &
introduce new services e.g. Gold loan, Vehicle Loan, Personal Loan & General Insurance
with an Objective to engage customers & generate fee income
Maintaining a strong relationship with the partners for generating business.
Supporting the Partners (Barclays Finance, AXIS Bank) to sell various Life Insurance Products
of MAXNEWYORK to their Customers.
Achieving Own targets from open market customers
Timely follow-ups for Renewals.
Cross Selling Add on products.
Ensuring policies higher persistence above 80%.
Maintaining MIS.
Providing daily update of business achieved to the Superiors.
Handling Team of Executives and Tele callers of various branches of HDFC for Personal
Loans and Business loansand generating business from them.
Setting and achieving monthly targets for the team.
Keeping Follow up from sales to disbursements.
Achieving sales target regular basis.
Analysis of daily sales report & Team sales report.
Maintaining MIS Reports for the team.
Making new strategies for Achieving Targets for the team.
Sourcing Business from open markets.
Conducting training sessions for new recruits in the process.
