Assisting in preparation of budget, financial statements & sales profitability
reports.

Implementing cost control in various aspects of the business in order to achieve

Preparation of long term business plans & budgets and reporting variance
reports to the management.
Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for
short term needs.
Preparation of monthly management reports like Ratio Analysis, Variance
Analysis and KPI Analysis.
Managing the fixed assets register and making accounting schedules.
Closing the month with adjustments (accruals and provision), closing the VAT
period and end of year.
Review, validation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial
statements as per IFRS.
Developing Standard Operating Procedures SOPs Policy for Accounts, Finance
& Internal Audit department to work effectively.
Management of account receivables and payable along with their reconciliation
in co-ordination with respective departments.
