Handling Key Equipment Supplies for Subway Restaurants Systems for India, Developed and managing a online shopping portal for Subway restaurants equipment’s (Store in a box concept) Includes complete range of Décor products, Furniture and Equipment’s required for opening a New Subway restaurant. Planning of exhibiting in different national or international trade show across the country for the year to promote group companies like Aahar international food festival 2014 at New Delhi & Chennai, Host exhibition at Mumbai, Goa & Bangalore
Handling a cluster of 3 Subway outlet’s in south Delhi area with a total team size of 20 fellows and 4 Managers for annual business of 2, cores from the territory. “WOW” experience for all of our customers was our key focus area to achieve by operational efficiency.
