1. Deftly responsible for Specific spare management for critical equipments for the plant; responsible for Inventory / Materials management.
2. Responsible for Techno-commercial negotiations with vendors.
Responsible for controlling on the cost of consumables & reduce the cost.
3. Responsible for the complete budget Planning, Contingency Planning & Schedules, and identifying risks within defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
4. Accountable for critical instrumentation such as PLC, DCS, SCADA, DC/AC & Sinamics Drives and field instruments of Chips Plant, Film Plant, Metallizer, Slitters.
5.Actively involved in development of ISO documentation as per ISO (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS and ISO 22000) standards, such as PM schedules, BD Bin card & Calibration Bin card, Monthly Report etc.
6. Involved in installation, commissioning and maintenance of instruments and plant.
7. Ensuring the implementation of TPM & 5S in the plant along with ensuring safety issues of the plant.
8. Accountable for the development of plant logic’s along with MTBF & MTTR of all the instrumentation equipments.
9. Experience of working with SIMETIC S-5 & S-7 series of SIEMENS makes PLC.
10. Overall responsible for instrumentation and automation system for the plant.
11. Pivotal in developing evaluation methods to enhance the level of performance.
12. Deftly responsible for Planning and execution of Preventive Maintenance, Shutdown Maintenance, Calibration of Machines and for breakdowns of machines utilities.

2. Accountable for critical instrumentation such as PLC, DCS, SCADA, DC/AC Drives and field instruments of Chips Plant, Film Plant, Metallizer, Slitters & Utility (Oil Heating, Boilers, Compressors, Chillers).
3. Actively involved in successful commissioning of plant along with development of ISO documentation as per ISO (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS and ISO 22000) standards, such as PM schedules, BD Bin card & Calibration Bin card, Monthly Report etc.
4. Involved in installation, commissioning and maintenance of instruments and plant.
5. Ensuring the implementation of TPM & 5S in the plant along with ensuring safety issues of the plant.
6. Experience of working with CS1000 CENTUM DCS of Yokogawa; trouble shooting of SIMETIC S-5 & S-7 series of SIEMENS makes PLC.
7. Specific spare management for critical equipments for the plant; responsible for Inventory / Materials management.
