Calibration, Loop checking on consol & in field, function test,
troubleshooting of all instrument like Control valve, Transmitters, switch of ABB Centum 3000
R3 Field Bus Foundation System, Commissioning, prepare to start up of plant. all type of
smoke, gas and fire ditecson system pm and fault job. and calibration with service device's
Loop checking job, Cause & Effect Test, jobs. Loop check and operational test on deluge valves. Loop check and functional test on vibration sensors/probes. Continuity test and visual check on ICSS, ESD/ DSS and F&G. Trouble shooting of smoke detectors. Loop checks on actuated valves .Trouble shooting of beacon light.
Nature Of Job : working in multi wellpad MS52, MWP- 52-1, MWP-52-2. Involved in loopTesting of MCC loops, and Troubleshooting on Control variables. Preparation in instrument calibration of all types of instrument, Loop Checking & Function test, testing of impulse line &airline, Testing of temperatures element, calibrated of flow, pressure, Temperature, Level check, Pre commissioning / commissioning of Instrument. Did Cause & Effect Test, , both high & low switches, capable remove & Re installed of control valve Worked for maintenance of Plant and Utilities Instrumentation System. Job involves Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, Calibration, Trouble Shooting of Field.
Installs, maintains, repairs, overhauls, calibrates and tests a wide
variety of industrialinstrumentation that record, indicate, control and regulate level, flow pressure, temperature, position and water analysis.Troubleshoots telemetry and process controller hardware, maintains a functional knowledge of the operation of the telemetry system software and hardware. Makes periodic preventative maintenance inspections of all metering control instruments, diagnosing existing or potential trouble; cleans, lubricates, calibrates and adjusts asconditions indicate. Lays out, install and place into service new metering, controlling and recording devices, calibrating as required; may extend or connect related electrical circuits.

PMT for commissioning stage.
