Laising with other functional departments such as finance, HSE, IT etc. to ensure that all set up are in place before deploying employee.
Managed security passes including CICPA, Optima and gate pass as per the client requirements.
Monitor all visa, work permits, pension fund registration and insurances and responsible creating for employment contracts and agreements.
Responsible for all international and local mobilization including travel arrangements, obtaining necessary approvals etc.
Act as the focal point for the clients and employees queries and coordinate with team members to complete employee requests on time

• Managed the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diferent sources after identification of manpower requirements of permanent staf and project-based requirements.
• Forecasting HR budget, manage HR funds and submit all bills and payments to the Accounts department.
