The nature of work includes Environmental Impact Assessment studies carried out by EWC, preparation and follow up of CEMP and EMP, Environmental monitoring at client sites and preparation of Environmental reports.
Worked in the project “Shimmering Heights” as Engineer- Green buildings in Cochin. The project includes construction of 36 platinum rated green building residential villas and two simplex and duplex apartments, in Cochin, India. The nature of work involves preparation of reports for submission to IGBC (Indian Green Building Council), site visits to rectify environment related issues in the project site
Carrying out air, water, soil & sound monitoring to check pollution and to maintain USEPA standards. Worked in a project to conduct Rapid environment impact assessment for the waste generated by Zinc industry . Twice in a month classes were taken for employees regarding various safety practices they should follow in the industry.
1) Has won state award from Tamil Nadu State Council for Technology (TNSCT) for the project work “Estimation of soil loss in Coimbatore sub watershed using Remote Sensing & Geographical Information System”. 2) Has won third prize for paper presentation in ECO’FEST ( National Level Students Symposium) on topic “Assessment of potent sites for ground water recharge using Remote Sensing & Geographical Information System”
Secured A1 in all subjects and got excellence award from AISSCE, Delhi.
Secured Distinction award from AISSE.
