Manage project stages using Prince2 and Agile project management methodology
•Prepare project plan using MS Project for scheduling and monitoring different projects.
• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
and preliminary schedules
• Prepare project organization and communication charts
• Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members
• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades
• Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
Facilitates daily Contact Center voice configuration requests.
Performs periodic maintenance of Avaya systems.
Performs daily maintenance of Avaya Communication Manager.
Manages Desktop personnel during Contact Center ramp up.
Providing Technical Support in creating new Contact Centers and call-flow documentation. Priority 1-4 Fault Troubleshooting for all Avaya sites.
Liaison and Vendor escalation.
Responsibilities handled for various projects:
• Provide technical assistance on supported software for internal and external clients.
• Troubleshoot possible software bugs with subject matter experts and developers, and log software bugs with development team.
• Report client functionality requests or software change requests to development team.
• Maintain knowledge base of resolution paths and known issues accessible both internally and externally.
• Provide proactive communication to clients, account managers and project managers.
