Information and Communication Systems. (ERP)
Develop detailed Information Systems for the Group in IT, Facilities, HR, Inventory, Logistics, CRM Retail & Restaurant & Call Center.
Participate in all strategic decision making, development of policy and procedures including safety security and disaster recovery.
Ensure timely provision of resources, smooth operation over-all passive and direct operations.

Facilities management
Monitor and ensure Continuity, Safety and Cleanliness maintained at all times.
Controlling Facilities budgets and daily purchases.
Ensuring the Profit Centers are effectively run while maintaining healthy cost control.
Updating incoming and outgoing IT & Facilities related bills & invoices

Event Management
Overseeing budget, control and execution of critical in-house requirements for events at HO and sites, such as musical performances, drama, concerts & literary events
