>> Responsible for the management of Customer Innovation & Integration Experience Center network infrastructure, maintenance of Telepresence System, operation of IT System, capable of handling the fault of network connection and line failures, etc..

>> Responsible for the daily management of electronic terminal, including mobile phone, Pad, STB and devices maintenance in Experience Center.
>> To respond in time on request for help, assist engineers to carry out operation and maintenance, fault detection, short-term travel to other branch in another country to support troubleshooting or experience solution optimization.
>> Prepare weekly maintenance report on network infrastructure, experience content workability and monthly report on overall CSIC reception
>> Other minor job duties according to needs as requested by supervisor or manager.
