• Assessment of site for the establishment of data center, generation of feasibility report, recommendation as per TIA-942 standards, Uptime Institute TIER guidelines, ASHRAE TC-9.9 guidelines and statutory requirements. • Key activities include Data Center Site Assessment, Design, Solution presentations, Statement of Work (SOW) development and support, RFI/RFP development support. • Development of conceptual design and design basis report (DBR) of the proposed solutions. • To provide best possible design solution of Data Center to suit the site conditions and Client’s requirement. • Leading role in development of Datacenter Mechanical & Electrical Distribution systems as per the TIA 942 Standards & Uptime Institute’s TIER Guidelines. • Leading role in preparation of Datacenter infrastructure layouts Viz, Plot plans, Equipment Layouts, coordination layouts (discipline like Electrical, Mechanical, Fire & Physical Security, Civil & Interior) Mechanical/Electrical schematics, Bird-Eye Views, elevations/critical sections etc. • Working with IT/Facility teams and developing infrastructure requirements to meet their needs, along with providing RFP specification consultation and guidance on large projects. • Participation in techno-commercial evaluation & discussion with strategic sourcing team for the finalization of equipment suppliers and project consultants. • Optimize the solution cost to compete with stabilized competitors and meeting all the requirement of the customer projects. • Lead the team and interfaces with outside parties like OEM’s/End Users, Customers. • Consulting sales opportunities for the Data Center projects with End Users. • Partner with product and marketing teams to identify ways to improve offerings to enhance market opportunities. • Interaction with Customer representatives to understand specific requirements and requisitioned necessary solutions. • Pre-sales Partner support such as Solution Demonstrations, Solution sizing and design, Partner briefings and solution updates, Partner-led customer briefings, Solution level technical support. • Responsible for providing reliable infrastructure for various vertical segments. • Promotion of new technology/Products & Offerings for all upcoming projects. • Ensure the drawing/Tech. Datasheet/Specifications approval by Consultants /Customer for successful execution of projects. • Ensure successful qualification of Bid with minimum deviation.

Estimation of heat loads, project planning activities, giving inputs to draftsmen to prepare the duct layouts, equipment layouts, piping layouts, evaluation of tenders, obtaining approval from consultants/customers, supporting sales team in preparation of technical bids, evaluating the supplier's quotations.
