• Responsible for ensuring success of one complex, or several simple concurrent projects in compliance with Standards and Guidelines
• Responsible for ensuring projects are properly initiated, executed and closed out in compliance with Standards and Guidelines
• Prepare and monitor project plan
• Identify project critical paths, dependencies and key milestones
• Identify resource requirements and assign to project
• Manage project resources
• Monitor project schedule and budget
• Ensure that projects are completed within budget and as per the agreed timelines with stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Raise and address project issues
• Provide project status reports
• Communication with project stakeholders
• Upon project completion, ensure all goals met and deliverables documented
• Obtain relevant sign offs upon project completion
• Conduct customer satisfaction survey by end of project
