Core Responsibilities
Head Software Development Department
Heading the ERP Implementation Projects
Work collaboratively with software and product development teams.
Create, manage and track project vehicles, including, Project schedules, Detailed project plans, Project scope statements, Cost estimates, Resource plans, Risk and issues logs, Status reports.
Make recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization and resource allocation with input from team members.
Responsible for all aspects of overall technology vision, commercial software product development, and customer delivery. Leading all aspects of architecture and product development, including all make vs. buy analysis, investment rationalization, and delivery schedule for high volume commercial data base, forecasting and analytics application.
• Spearhead delivery of first release of product on a scalable platform to support high transaction volumes with many concurrent users. Product building blocks include SQL Server, .net, ASP.net and BI.
• Create Installation and Implementation methodologies and teams to support demanding customer.
• Hold all financial responsibility for Product Development and Services functions, including revenue, utilization, margins, and R&D budget.
• Review all development projects to ensure reliability, effectiveness and ROI, particularly for the consolidated Global Data Center. Develop all implementation processes, Including estimating process, staffing, implementation, training, and post-implementation support.
• Member of four person corporate management team, driving broad enterprise management items including Compensation and Retention plans, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and company market offerings.
• Oversee all the project management and development.

1. Learning Management System.
2. SugarCRM Projects development, customization and implementation.
3. Work on Version release of campus management web portal
4. Develop SRS, Proposal and FRS (Functional Requirement specifications documents) and Bidding documents
5. Develop and implement project management system including, Deployment, Versioning, QA and project management process in the light of CMMI guidelines.
• Handle business and marketing aspects of E-Commerce based product, Includes marketing requirements documents, forecasts, non-disclosure presentations, road-map presentations, pricing proposals, end-of-life plans, upgrade/feature enhancement plans, competitive analyses. Coordinate among all teams including engineering and Sales, Launch Team, Development, Marketing, and Finance. Distils key issues and debriefs Senior Management.
• Identifying and assessing application architecture problems and issues with proposed solution
• Design Multi Store Model based on cloud computing integrated with enhanced reporting engine for the existing shopping cart application
• Team lead for PCI-DSS compliance, technical documentation including administrator’s guide, installation guide, user manual, application level UML based modelling.
• Managing requirement and develop SRS
• Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements
• Working multiple on-going projects.
