I am responsible to manage the SaaS team tower under the BMS Digital department. SaaS team consists of technical and functional consultants for SharePoint, Microsoft CRM, and Custom development (Open source) team and support services. I am managing the teams of data scientists and developers who are involved in developing a cloud-based HRMS solution. I have an additional role of Business analyst and solution engineer for the AI based HR solution.
Key Achievements
•Analyzed and designed the AI (NLU, NLP) based cloud HR solution to automate the shortlisting process in hiring.
•Analyzed and designed single sing on (SSO) corporate solution using SAML 2.0 for Microsoft Active Directory Forest (ADFS).
Outline
I was mainly responsible for analysis, design, architecting, implementation and testing of Data Science/AI based solutions for the automation of business processes of company clients, using IBM Watson and Open Source Cognitive Computing capabilities, like Machine Learning, Deep Learning and NLP
Key Achievements
•Implemented the Chat bot for customer care function in Health insurance business domain for DAMAN using IBM Watson.

I was responsible to manage the product development team and was playing to role of solution architect for the cloud based product “Fleet management system”. I took the lead on optimizing the development processes for the product development and implemented the DevOps for the product development.
Key Achievements
•Implemented the continuous integration (CI) using Docker and GitHub for Fleet Management product.
•Designed the architecture of automated tickets creation in JIRA cloud deployed on amazon cloud.
Outline
During my stay in Manazel I remained focused on building smooth integration layer between existing ERP’s as group was running about three different ERPs. It was quite challenging and cross functional/technical experience as I got chance to work with functional and technical consultant of three different technologies at a time. I also played the role of team lead for oracle consultant’s teams. Despite working on integration also got a chance to successfully automate the cooling system billing, online delivery of bills, online payments and auto reconciliation for these bills.
Key Achievements
•Designed and implemented the Integration of three different ERP’s (Oracle R12, Microsoft Dynamics and Infor) for financial data sharing and consolidation of financial reports.
•Automated the full life cycle (bill generation, online payments and auto reconciliation) for cooling management system.
•Presented with employee of the month award in year 2010 for outstanding performance and excellent client handling.
Outline
I was part of core product development team for the designing and development of 2nd generation cloud based leasing and financial solution (NFS). I was involved in attending business requirement analysis meeting with client and drafting the business requirements specification (BRS). Translating BRS into system requirement specifications (SRS). Assisting system architect in design new modules on the basis of BRS. Implementing the assigned module and working closely with testing team for testing and deployment in production after successful completion of module.
Key Achievements
•Analyzed, designed, implemented and optimized the middleware based “month end financial reconciliation process” for leasing and financing business domain and implemented it for company key clients (Mercedes Benz, Toyota and GMAC).
Outline
Design and develop new modules according to requirement specification, performing unit testing & system integration testing and assisting in User Acceptance Testing. Assisting with system training for users. Providing after go live support of all technical activates and bug fixing.
