>Verified designer’s alignment drawings & bridge elements quantities.
>Check segment reinforcement and PT details on site asper drawing.
> Inspecting prefabricated concrete block and construction sequences of sea wall.
> Inspecting revetment structure and reclamation works for shore edge protection.
> Approved the shop drawings of foundation, substructures and super structures.
> Prepared daily progress reports

Project Name -1: REHABILATION AND UPGRADATION OF MANGAON- DIGHI PORT ROAD. (SH-96 & SH-92), NATIONAL HIGHWAY KM (00+000 TO 56+500). Project Details: The project connects Mumbai highway to DIGHI port upgrade to PQC rigid pavement of 56.5km includes 120m viaduct and two major bridges of length 220m & 350m. The cost of the project is 412.00Cr Project Name-2: REHABILATION AND UPGRADATION OF NH-66 (OLD NH 17) FROM KM. 241/300 (ARAWALI- KANTE SECTION) TO FOUR LANES IN THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA UNDER NHDP-IV ON HYBRID ANNUITY MODE. Project Details: The project is part of developing Mumbai - Goa National highway upgrading to PQC rigid pavement, including the four river major bridges of 350m length each tentatively. The cost of the project is 600.00Cr. Roles & Responsibilities includes:
•Checking the form-work, laying/compacting of concrete including curing operations.
•Preparing inventory of structures and other site construction works like site inspection, reinforcement cage, pile concrete & coordinating with QC department to ensure the quality of execution.
•Preparing detailed estimation of the quantities of all Structures for given project and maintaining construction activities in project site.
•Preparation of bar bending schedule of all structure element and maintaining sub-contractor bills of the quantities for the project.
