• Recommend baseline measurements for support issues for the applications under his domain and ensure systems are given maximum up time.
• Co-ordinate with IT and Business for projects and initiatives to the satisfaction of the senior management
• Evaluate new and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats, exploit them for business advantage
• Make recommendations on how best the technology can be applied to enhance business opportunities, reduce operational risk and ensure compliance.
• Aggressively addresses regulatory, control and audit requirements and establish projects and procedures to assure compliance
• Maintenance of system documentation, application release/upgrade coordination
• Off-shore resource management and project management
• To assess, recommend and secure the optimal DR Systems
• Identifying financial, system risk associated with IT systems and direct for resolution
• Analysis / Coding of system requirements
• Communication with team members. Alert the team if any deviation from planned work
• Testing developments and Enhancements
• Assistance in documentation
• Post implementation / User support
• Keeping abreast with developments in relevant technologies
• Update timesheet and relevant reports regularly and in time
• Web application requirement gathering, testing and development

• Deliver error free system with adherence to standards
• Understanding of system specification requirements and works independently. Delivers within stipulated deadlines.
• Monitor and ensure smooth running of released systems
