The Chief Operating Office (COO) of Deutsche Bank works closely with the business divisions and infrastructure functions to execute the Bank's strategy. Current function assists in the development of central management strategy and governance framework for DBOI India, a 10K+ employees entity, providing services to over 52 DB Group companies globally.

Strategic Development Officer, Asset and Wealth Management Strategy (July 2014 - May 2017)
The Asset and Wealth Management Strategic and Competitor Research function (part of erstwhile AWM CFO) conducted competitor and market analysis to support business development and the strategic planning process. Also, it undertook specific research projects and requests and produced a series of reports and publications.
• Competitor benchmarking and performance discussion for asset and wealth management business vs DeAM / WM for ExCo / senior stakeholders
• Industry insights for senior management covering strategic, regional and regulatory developments in the markets

Head, ICG eCommerce Client Strategy & Analytics
Established and managed the Institutional Client Group eCommerce Client Strategy and Analytics function, Mumbai for performance analytics on Deutsche Bank’s OTC e-trading. Also, set-up the Markets Access analytics function in Mumbai, strategized to tap the wallet-share from tail accounts.
• Assisted the ICG eSales global and regional heads in identification of potential revenue opportunities in e-trading over inhouse and third-party e-trading platforms.
• Introduced and ran strategic initiatives to empower eSales with analytics for business expansion: opportunity/gaps deep dives, resurrection of dormant accounts, price-tiering sensitivity analysis, RC schedule changes’ impact and clients’ penetration (voice to electronic)
• Proposed growth ideas and methodologies in the development of client analytics tools (eMIS, Scorpio, Insight) to sales, tradersand developers
• Provided bespoke and periodical reporting and MIS with analysis on external research and surveys (Greenwich, Coalition, Orion, broker reports) to gauge the wallet-share of clients vis-à-vis market
Responsible for service delivery and knowledge management of an ESG-based research process, based on data mining through SEC filings and company publications; managed a team of research associates end-to-end in the process.
