Handling safely and efficiently the whole unit of operations as a shift Incharge of Air Separation (336 TPD) and Hydrogen (SMR 18125Nm3/hr.) Plants.
Leading a team of 6 peoples including operators and technicians.
Take lead for startup, safe shut down, emergency and trouble shooting in case of abnormalities.
Imparting training to the national operators as per the company’s group standards and bring them to the on stream for plant operation.

Creation and revision of safe operating procedures for both the plants.
Execute all assigned tasks with agreed plant operating philosophies and in line with current work practices.
Interface with other service departments to coordinate breakdown or routine maintenance work.

Filling Of VITTs and Nitrogen Cylinders.
Innovating and Implementing various Productivity Initiatives and Cost Saving Programs.
Calculation of saving potential and preparation of feasibility documents for various Productivity Initiative Proposals.
The assignment incorporates Job as Safety Analysis, job Safety Observation, Implementing Safety Observation System, Safe work permit Audit, HS Inspection, PPE Hazard Survey, Conducting RCA, Hydrogen safety, THC & Oxygen safety, incident reporting, Issuing Hazardous Work Permit and Product Risk Assessment for the Facility.
Responsible for achieving daily targeted production rates, production posting and reporting.
Involved in the pre-commissioning, commissioning and operation of Asia’s largest Air Separation Plant (2550TPD) at Jamshedpur, India.
Handling the entire gamut of operations as a shift Incharge of 2550 TPD, 1290 TPD plant controlled by Siemens and Foxboro DCS systems which produces Oxygen, Nitrogen & Argon.
Controlling another three plants in different sites from the same control room through remote controlling system. And filling of approx 50 nos. Of VITTs in a day.
Innovating and Implementing various Productivity Initiatives and Cost Saving Programs. Calculation of saving potential and preparation of feasibility documents for various Productivity Initiative Proposals.
Coordinating various Mechanical and Instrumentation Maintenance Assignments. Involvement of various Preventive and Predictive Maintenance for Robust Plant Reliability through MAXIMO and SAP systems. Conducting RCA Program for Equipment/Process Unplanned Outage.
The Assignment Incorporates Job as a Process Safety Coordinator for the site. Besides that, involved in Safety Analysis, Job Safety Observation, Implementing Safety Observation System, Contractor Safety Audit, Environmental safety Audit, PPE Hazard Survey, Conducting RCA/ RCI, THC & Oxygen safety, Program for Safety Incidents. Issue Hazardous Work Permit, Product Risk Assessment for the Facility.
Committed to the LOSS management programme and responsible for raising EMOC for any proposed changes or new implementations.

Coordination with Engineering Service Department for breakdown and preventive maintenance

Responsible for Internal and Global Audits and for all Documentations for the plant.
Worked as an "Operator" in IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) plant which is the First IPA plant in India after NOCIL having capacity of 200 tpa. Involved in the Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Operation activities of the plant.
