Presently now working at SABIC affiliated organization Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Complex, Jubail, Saudi Arabia from Sep-2012 to since date working as Inside/Panel Operator in Natural Detergent Alcohol Plant which produces Fatty Alcohol Derivatives like Lauryl & Oleyl Alcohol 100 KTA from Natural resources with High Pressure Splitting &Hydrogenation Processes.

Systemization provided from EPC& Project Management Team.
Pre Commissioning procedures from EPC and making corrections.
Construction and Mechanical Completion Books from EPC as a CSU team member
Listing out all the related CSU requirements and follow up it with Project Management Team
Vendor’s documents reviewed for packages like High Pressure Hydrogen Compressor, Thermal Oil, HP Steam Boiler, Waste Water Treatment Plant and Pastillation section.
PESS system as per Licensor for Flame and Gas detector, Emergency shutdown.
Process Hazard Analysis as per previous company procedure.
Documents prepared
Mark-Up P & ID for the Systemization with boundary limits.
Pre Commissioning and Commissioning procedures for both Acid &Alcohol Units.
Standard Operation Procedures of Acid &Alcohol Units.
Preparation the check list of Blind and Car seal list.
Preparation list of SHE and Non SHE critical check list with other linked departments.
As a PRP Coordinator (Plant Readiness Program (Software) owned by Shell Global Solution, USA)
Organized the Team as per Integrity System (Total 11 Integrity).
Co-Ordinate with all Q-Caption about the Negative Findings.
Co-Ordinate with PMT & EPC about the Flaws &Negative Findings Clearance.
Co-Ordinate with vendor for the Installation of Equipment’s as per design.
Co-Ordinate with PMT & EPC for the Motor Solo Run, Vibration performance and Performance test for the rotating equipment’s.
Communicate for the DCS loop checking and dynamic functional test.
Active participation for the Risk Assessment during any management of change in project.
Mechanical Completion walkthrough as a Certified PSSR Member.
Production Work Activity Handled:
Splitting of Palm Kernel Oil at 55 bar Pressure and 250o degree temperature.
High pressure steam boiler of 3.2 TPH Capacity at 70 Bar Pressure.
Fractionation of Fatty Acid, Fatty Alcohol and Glycerin product.
High Pressure Hydrogenation Process with Crude Wax Ester from Fatty Acid & Fatty Alcohol
HP Pump (Pirone Pompe Industries, Italy) and HP Hydrogen Compressor (Neumen & Esser, Germany) at 270 bar Pressure.
Waste Water Treatment Plant at daily 35 MT.
Monitoring the condition of Rotating Equipment’s during shift work.
Plant Startup, Normal, Shutdown and Emergency Shutdown operations carefully handled on both DCS and in Field.
Maintain the records for the QC analysis and maintain it for management system.
Follow the GMP rules and work as per SOP, Handling of Solvent Recovery Plant and solvents are Methanol, Ethanol, Accetonitrile, Phenol, Ethyl acetate etc, Handling of chlorination and nitration process with start up and shut down procedure and distillation like fractional, flash, split and vacuum.
•Co - Operate with interplant material transferring.
Preplanning of Batch operation to make sure that the Raw Materials and Equipment are available.
•Cross checking the Raw Materials to meet the required Specifications.
•DCS operated like Tata Honeywell, Emersion Delta V & Yokogawa centum.
•Manpower handling, Responsible for Yields.
•Trouble shooting, all maintenance problem related to process.
